Every video, worksheet, and written resource we provide stays our property. You use it for your coaching journey, not for resale or redistribution. This protects the work you get access to.

Your seat is confirmed only after payment clears

Enrolment is confirmed after your UPI payment is received and we verify it with you on WhatsApp. No payment, no seat. That's how we keep every pathway structured and accountable.

What happens if I request a refund?

All refunds and cancellations are governed solely by our Guarantee & Refund Policy at /refund-policy-coaching. That document is the single source of truth, so you always know where you stand.

Our liability stops at the fees you paid

Whatever the outcome, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for coaching. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Perinthalmanna courts hold jurisdiction

These terms follow Kerala, India law. Disputes fall to Perinthalmanna courts, closing the agreement with clear legal boundaries.
